Flexometallic or Armoured endotracheal tubes are very popular amongst anaesthesiologist for surgeries around head and neck. They offer several advantages like resistance to kinking and compression, exertion of minimal pressure on interarytenoid cartilages posteriorly and on trachea anteriorly.
Reinforced ET Tubes are Suitable for ventilation of patient’s respiratory tract to make patient breath normally.

Description
The reinforced endotracheal tube is based on endotracheal tube. It has been reinforced spring inserted into the tube, and catheter that is inserted into the trachea in order for the primary purpose of establishing and maintaining a patent airway and to ensure the adequate exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
It is mainly used for patients, who have difficulty in keeping a smooth respiratory tract, having increasing intra-abdominal pressure and high-frequent vomit or stuffed stomach.
